Gail Vander Laan Florist Gail Vander Laan approaches every wedding as individually as the bride herself, attempting to bring out all of your dreams and vision of your special day. You can feel confident in your choice knowing that Gail brings over 30 years of fresh flower wedding design experience to your wedding day. Gail Vander Laan has been operating her home-based, wedding floral business since 1991. Prior to owning her own floral business, Gail designed for and managed several local floral shops for 13 years. Her assistant, Jeanne Bevins, also brings a wealth of experience to the team. Together they expertly create three to four weddings each week. GVL Floral operates like any other professionally run retail flower shop. We own a large walk-in cooler to insure the freshness of our flowers, order through local flower wholesalers and buy direct from the growers when quantities allow.
