Through medication reviews I can identify potentially dangerous medicine duplications, interactions, overdoses, and underdoses. I can give the necessary information to the client to discuss with their physician. In dangerous situations, I will contact the client's physician myself. In some cases I can streamline the patient's medication list to make it more managable. I am able to answer any questions the patient or care-taker may have. I meet with my clients in the comfort of their homes. I am also available for speaking engagements at your church, club, organization, or group on medication topics of your choice.
